Apply at app.presenceiq.app/org/register. Organisation applications are reviewed before approval. Once approved, sign in at app.presenceiq.app/login to set up sessions and members.
Members need a link from their organisation — a join link, membership QR, or session check-in page. After admin approval, they receive a personal link by email for one-tap check-in. Existing members can open their profile at app.presenceiq.app/member-login.
No. Members check in from any phone browser. Essential local storage remembers their member ID for faster return check-ins.
Yes. Organisations are data controllers and J. Ednieds Ltd processes data on their behalf. Data is hosted with Supabase in EU West (Ireland) with encryption in transit and at rest.
PresenceIQ is currently offered without subscription fees. Organisations may optionally collect department dues or paid event fees through Stripe.
